Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be called into the office. There is no fee for cancellations; however, if I arrive at your home for a scheduled visit that should have been cancelled by you, a fee equal to the scheduled visit will be charged.

Refunds
Refunds for paid visits that are cancelled are given in the form of credits for future visits.

Weekend Visits
There is no additional fee for weekend visits. The service hours are the same as weekday visits, & all other policies apply. Reservations are determined by availability.

Holiday Visits
There is an additional $5 fee per visit on major holidays. Holiday service hours may fluctuate from non-holiday hours & will be discussed & determined with each client on an individual basis. All other policies apply. Reservations are determined by availability.

Emergency/Unexpected Visits
It is understandable that last-minute & emergency situations occur & I will make every effort to accommodate your needs. An additional $2 fee is charged for the first visit per situation. All other policies apply.

Inclement Weather and Natural Disasters
I will arrive for scheduled visits regardless of rain, sleet, snow, hail or anything else Mother Nature sends our way. If weather conditions or a natural disaster prohibits travel, I will make every effort to reach your home. If it is impossible to do so, I will contact the "nearby person" indicated on the Pet Sitting Service Contract to check on your pet.

Referrals
I appreciate your referrals! You will receive TWO FREE scheduled visits when a new client you send my way schedules a visit with me. Please ask your referrals to provide your name when calling.
